Rachel Adler had her start in humble beginnings, leaving home at 17 and working to support herself. she purchased her first home at 19. After working with her real estate agent she knew right then – this is what she wanted to do with her career. Rachel jumped in with both feet and 3 months later was working on her personal real estate agent’s team – now she is the managing broker and mentor of RAREnorthwest and a successful team of 8. 

This episode is a great discussion about the tie to elevating your business development because you mentor others and that truly mentoring is about helping others achieve THEIR own success. Being a great mentor is all about self-awareness, not micromanaging, and learning quickly that training and mentoring are very different.
