Growing your net worth and influence are goals we ALL strive for. Heather Valentine and Austin Bergman have done just that, by investing in what they believe in – real estate. Heather Valentine and Austin Bergman are successful real estate agents out of Virginia thanks to their direct and motivated approach to selling real estate, but also to their devotion to understanding all aspects of the business.

Heather found her passion in real estate at the ripe young age of 19, when she bought her first home. After being intrigued by the process, along with her formal education being in design, she began her career in 2004 at the age of 21.
Heather and Austin loves helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals when it comes to real estate, but is particularly interested in helping sellers get their home ready for sale, making sure their listings are staged correctly and marketed aggressively. Living in the Richmond area since she was 3 years old has given Heather the experience and knowledge necessary to assist buyers and sellers within the entire Metro-Richmond area. She has vast knowledge as to the values and trends within her community.
In 2008, Valentine Properties was recognized by the Richmond Association of Realtors and were featured in their publication, Listed Magazine, as the Next Generation of Realtors. Also in 2008, Heather opened her own brokerage, Valentine Properties in which Austin is the president of. Every year since 2012, Valentine Properties has been in the top 10 teams in all of central Virginia. Also in 2012, Heather was recognized nationally as one of the National Association of Realtors 30 under 30.
